Role & responsibilities

Establishing & implementation of Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, Risk Assessment, RCA, etc.
Developing work methodology, Inspection & Test Plans for all activities, (in coordination with site QC managers)
Smooth functioning of Quality Inspection process, with OR without software.
Coordinating with Collaborative service providers (for quality) for their effective performance
Leading the Quality Team on all fronts successfully including allocation
Participate in interview & selection process of Quality personnel
Managing periodic site quality audits, NC Management
Effective implementation of Re-work/ s/c performance-based debit system
Developing & implementing periodical Quality Surveillance process.
