Te Au Reka is a landmark initiative, delivered in partnership between the Ministry and the judiciary, focused on shifting the courts away from manual ways of operating to digitally enabled practices. The work is complex, highly visible and deeply meaningful, improving experiences and outcomes for the people who rely on our courts every day.
Based in Wellington, this role sits at the heart of one of New Zealand's most significant transformation programmes. Your leadership will ensure the programme is orchestrated and aligned to achieve delivery success, while building a culture of high performance, collaboration and accountability.
