Job Description:
Lead and oversee multiple M&E construction projects
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget & quality standards
Work closely with Project Director on business development & tender strategy
Participate in tender submissions & client presentations
Drive cost control, project profitability & performance
Manage and mentor Project Managers, Engineers & site teams
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants & authorities
Job Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
8-10 years' experience in M&E construction
Proven experience in managing multiple projects & leading teams
Strong knowledge in costing, tendering & project execution
Able to engage clients and support business growth strategy
Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving skills
