The Role As General Manager of Medcan's new Markham location, this role will have full ownership of site performance; from P&L management and operational excellence to client experience and community engagement. Markham is a hub site offering Annual Health Assessments, Membership, Restore, Refine, and Fitness programming, supported by a cross‑functional team of over 20 staff. The General Manager will ensure that Medcan's brand, hospitality standards, and clinical programs are executed exceptionally while tailoring the experience to the Markham community.
