Responsibilities

• Centre Operations: Master the numbers (KPIs and financials); maintain a spotless center and smooth operations; ensure your team is on point and avoid burnout.
• Sales: Drive membership with your team to meet goals and fill class spots; engage leads and turn them into KidStrong members; participate in local events to raise KidStrong visibility.
