Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall management and performance of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and profitable daily operations across both front and back of house.
• Oversee all departments to maintain exceptional service, food quality, and operational standards, while driving guest satisfaction through professional handling of feedback and issues.
• Manage staffing, training, compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations, and oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
