With 250+ independent retailers relying on your leadership, you will assess systems and build trust within the team from the ground up. Your role includes P&L ownership and strategically partnering to drive new product lines and customer growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the team on-site five days a week
• Analyze operations and identify improvement gaps
• Partner with board to create a strategic plan
• Establish KPIs and accountability structures
• Represent the business with key stakeholders
Requirements:
• 10–20 years in operations or general management
• P&L management experience in $10M–$100M business
• Comfort in manufacturing or industrial settings
