We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager to lead a thriving contemporary hospitality destination just outside Clitheroe. This is a varied, high quality operation with a fine dine brasserie, large private function suite, and private dining areas.

The venue has a strong food identity, with meats prepared on site by master butchers alongside award winning sausages and burgers. Menus change throughout the year to reflect the seasons and the best local produce available, with lunch and evening service across the brasserie and bar, plus all day dining on Sundays.
