The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced General Manager within our Pump Solutions Business Unit to lead and grow a specialist pumping and water management division operating across infrastructure, utilities, construction and environmental projects.

This is a senior leadership role for someone with a strong background in pump hire, dewatering, wastewater management or temporary water treatment systems who can combine technical expertise with commercial acumen and operational management.

You'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, support business growth, provide technical leadership on complex pumping projects and help develop innovative solutions for clients across a diverse project portfolio.
