GM JOB DESCRIPTION 

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years working in fast paced, full service cocktail bars and restaurants.
• 3 years of experience as a manager or other senior-level leadership position.
• Hands-on, in service leadership style/experience
• P&L, beverage costing and baseline financial experience, including proven strategies to positively affect a restaurant’s overall financial health.
• Ability to identify problems and be solution-oriented in regards to service and restaurant operations.
• Strong inventory management
• Must have open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to frequently lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• 50 hours per work week
