General Manager, Building Automation Europe – Security & Access Solutions (SAS) is accountable for end-to-end ownership of the European SAS business, including growth, profitability, cash, customer outcomes, and operational excellence, in alignment with Building Automation (BA) and Enterprise strategies. This role has full responsibility for regional P&L, strategy deployment through STRAP and AOP, and execution of a disciplined Management Operating System (MOS). The GM is expected to translate strategy into results by driving commercial execution, operational rigor, portfolio competitiveness, and talent development across a complex, multi-country, matrixed organisation.
