• Develop strategies to boost sales and control costs, creating Fun & Flavorful Experiences for every guest.
• Lead and mentor a team of 20-30 employees, including 3-4 Assistant Managers, fostering a culture of Southern Hospitality.
• Ensure top-tier guest experiences with fast, friendly service and a welcoming environment.
• Recruit, train, and grow team members, helping them spread their wings within the company.
