Reports To: Area Supervisor / Ownership
Job Type: Full-Time – Salaried (45–50 Hours Per Week Required)
Job Summary:
As a General Manager, you are the leader of your restaurant. You are responsible for running a high-performing business by overseeing daily operations, developing and mentoring the management team, and ensuring consistent execution of McDonald’s systems, standards, and expectations. You drive performance across all areas, including customer service, staffing, training, food safety, labor, and profitability. This role requires a full-time commitment of 45 to 50 hours per week, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
