**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals with experience in using basic hand and power tools for a variety of roles in our modern machine shop. Candidates should have experience or hobbies related to working on cars, motorcycles, or similar activities. The position requires the ability to be cross-trained in all aspects of the shop and to follow written job orders while performing basic math calculations. ITAR compliance is necessary.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate machines by following detailed work instructions and using basic hand tools.
+ Perform quality control or metrology/inspection by following instructions and using inspection tools; print reading is a plus.
+ Engage in hand finishing tasks such as deburring, using hand tools to remove material from metal parts.
