**Job Description**

This role operates and maintains a paint line with a focus on powder coating processes, ensuring high-quality finishes on workpieces while following strict safety, production, and quality standards. The Paint Line Operator prepares surfaces, applies powder coatings, monitors equipment performance, and maintains accurate production records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform all work duties in a safe manner and in accordance with company policies, including consistent use of required personal protective equipment, safe work habits, and adherence to housekeeping standards.
