**General Laborer / Machine Operator**

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Operating and adjusting **handling and packaging equipment** throughout the production cycle
+ Supporting the **concrete masonry production line** from kiln to finished product
+ Inspecting finished products and making sure only **top-quality materials** make it to inventory
+ Performing **basic troubleshooting and assisting with equipment repairs**
+ Safely operating a **forklift to move materials and finished pallets** (Plus)
+ Monitoring machine settings and assisting with **preventative maintenance**
+ Working with teammates to hit **daily, weekly, and monthly production goals**
+ Keeping your work area **clean, organized, and safe**
+ Communicating with supervisors and team members about **safety, production, and equipment needs**
