**Job Description**
The Warehouse Palletizer plays a key role in warehouse operations by stacking, arranging, and securing products onto pallets for storage or shipment. This position ensures that goods are prepared efficiently, safely, and accurately to support smooth warehouse workflows and timely order fulfillment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Build pallets securely to meet weight distribution and stability requirements.
+ Stack, arrange, and organize products on pallets for storage or shipment.
+ Wrap, label, and prepare pallets using shrink wrap and other materials for shipping or storage.
+ Inspect products for damage or defects before palletizing and report any issues.
+ Maintain accurate records of pallet counts, completed orders, and related documentation.
