General Factory Hand


Labourpower is a nationally Australian-owned recruitment company focused on providing highly skilled, diverse, and reliable candidates to a wide range of clients across various industries.


We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Factory Hands for ongoing opportunities.


These roles are paid on casual hourly rates working Monday to Friday, Day Shift.


General Factory Hand Duties Include:

  • Use of hand and power tools

  • Operating machinery and monitoring production processes

  • Quality checking finished products

  • Handling and using materials

  • Following workplace procedures and safety standards

  • Working effectively both within a team and autonomously
