We are partnering with a leading crypto proprietary trading firm, established in 2022 by the leading professionals from the finance industry. As the firm continues its rapid growth and grow into traditional finance, they are seeking a Legal counsel to lead and scale their legal operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of quantitative trading and digital assets, playing a key role in shaping the firm’s legal infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all legal matters for the firm from initial scoping through to resolution, ensuring timely and commercially effective outcomes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including prime brokerage agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor contracts, service agreements, and other commercial documentation.
