Position Summary
Act as a strategic legal advisor and trusted partner to senior management, the Board of Directors and senior leadership, overseeing a broad range of legal, regulatory, governance, compliance and strategic business matters while supporting the company’s operational and commercial objectives. The role involves close collaboration with the Management Board, shareholders, regulatory authorities and key external stakeholders, and requires hands‑on commercial judgement and strong expertise in Swiss law in a dynamic regulated industry.
