Job Description
Key Responsibilities Legal Strategy & Advisory
- Act as a trusted legal advisor to senior management and the Board on legal risk, governance, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide proactive legal guidance aligned with business objectives in a fast-evolving regulatory environment.
- Advise on legal aspects of digital assets, blockchain platforms, token structures, exchanges, custody, and Web3 products.
- Support product launches and operational activities from a legal and regulatory perspective.
- Manage corporate governance, entity structuring, and corporate secretarial matters across UAE, BVI, Cayman Islands, and the United States.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including partnerships, vendor contracts, and technology agreements.
