**Position Description & Qualifications**

Serco supports the Navy Personnel Command's Navy Casualty Office (PERS-00C) in performing one of the most important and revered missions in the Navy - providing timely and first-class casualty assistance to Navy families under the most grievous circumstances. This mission is supported across programs including travel, benefits support, mortuary affairs, and POW/MIA, Survivor Support and Entitlements (SSE), Mortuary and CASOPS branch programs.

You will be part of a 9-person Contractor team that works closely with PERS-00C staff to provide high quality administrative and operational support to the office.
