- Manage and process customer orders through internal systems and platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock availability records.
- Prepare and update inventory and operational reports regularly.
- Support documentation processes including purchase and sales orders for local and international transactions.
- Liaise with related stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment and operational execution.
