JobDescription:

TheFinanceRTR Specialist will provide expertise in Records to Report Process(RTR) and lead to enable process change and improvements through processelimination, standardization, simplification and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Act as subject matter expert(SME) for RTR activities and provide solution or direction for systemerrors, escalations, issues and concerns.
  
• Stay aware of, and align to company process and data methodology and tooling requirements
  
• Regularly review and challengeany step outs in the current process design to identify best practices andprocess improvements
  
• Collaborate with differentprocesses such as Workplace Services, Compliance, Payroll Operations,Total Rew...
