Summary
Pro-Vigil is looking for a general accountant to perform a variety of accounting functions.
Areas of Responsibility
- Month end close management globally
- Accounts Payable automation, validation, processing, and work flow management
- Fixed asset management
- Concur Expense
- Corporate Credit Card Reconciliation
- Inventory management
Essential Functions
- Experience with month end balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with income statement analysis
- Experience with process documentation and automation.
- Audit and validate vendor invoices.
- Ensure that all invoices entered in Net Suite are properly approved by the appropriate Company manager as outlined in the expense authorization matrix.
- Work with the purchasing manager to investigate and resolve any bill discrepancies (ie: cost and receiving differences).
