AWS is seeking a NAMER Startups GenAI Operations Manager to design and implement scalable operational mechanisms that connect business strategy to execution. This role serves as the trusted COO of Sales partner to the NAMER Startups GenAI Leader - driving data-driven decision making, rigorous business inspection, and operational excellence across the GenAI Startups business. The role encompasses managing Strategic Business Reviews, Forecasting, and Top Deal Calls; leading GPU capacity tracking and credits monitoring; and owning planning processes including headcount planning and territory mapping. Success requires the ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments, develop simple and scalable solutions to difficult problems, and communicate analytical results clearly - both in writing and verbally.
