GCP Dataplex Engineer (Contract – 5–6 Months)

We’re looking for a GCP Dataplex Engineer to build and operationalize data governance, security, and cloud data management solutions on Google Cloud for sensitive telecom datasets.

What You’ll Do

• Design Dataplex Lakes/Zones aligned to Medallion architecture
• Manage data assets across BigQuery & GCS
• Implement metadata tagging, lineage, and governance frameworks
• Set up RBAC, fine‑grained access, masking, and encryption
• Build/maintain Composer/Airflow pipelines with quality checks
• Develop Dataplex data quality rules & observability dashboards
• Automate deployments using Terraform or Pulumi

What You Bring

• Strong experience with Dataplex, BigQuery, GCS, Composer/Airflow
• Deep knowledge of data governance, RBAC, and cloud security
• SQL & Python proficiency
• IaC experience (Terraform/Pulumi)
