We areseekinga motivated and open-minded professional to join our Global Business Services Continuous Improvement team as a GBS Continuous Improvement Specialist. In this role, you will support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance transactional processes,productivityand efficiency across the organization. You will lead process improvement projects,facilitateworkshops and problem-solving sessions, and help translate business needs into practical improvement and automation opportunities in a global environment.

We are looking for someone who combines continuous improvementexpertisewithstrong communicationskills, is comfortable working with stakeholders atdifferent levels, and can gather requirements, challenge existing ways of working, and helpidentifythe right solutions for process and automation opportunities.
