Job Description

KWS Berlin GmbH is looking for a GBO Key User - Master Data (m/f/d) who will support standardized, high-quality master data management across KWS Global Business Operations (GBO). You act as a key interface between business and IT, contribute to digital transformation initiatives such as the S/4HANA migration, and continuously improve processes, systems, and reporting to enable transparency, efficiency, and data-driven decisions.


This is a full-time position initially limited to 2 years and based in Berlin. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and new process implementations that require significant technical and process knowledge

  • Have the lead to standardized processes, automate tasks, and drive digital transformation within the GBO

  • Provide technical expertise to support the definition of strategy, goals, and targets within the department
