As a Gateway Newcomer Planner, you will report directly to the Team Lead and focus on empowering newcomers in their journey. This role requires conducting comprehensive needs assessments, developing personalized plans, and referring clients to various programs. You will provide vital orientation sessions and workshops while addressing newcomers' settlement challenges.
