This group has been thriving for over 20 years, remains fully independent (non-private equity), and is expanding due to strong patient demand.

Practice Details:

• Join a highly collaborative group with 14 Gastroenterologists and 10 APPs
• No call - strong focus on work-life balance
• Hospital coverage only first year: 2 days/month (scoping only, no consults or inpatient visits); 2nd year drops to 1 day/month
• Compensation model:
  • 500-600K Guaranteed 1st year income
  • Once fully ramped, make between 700K-1 Million, demonstrated.
• Ownership opportunity in physician-owned ASCs and group (retention bonus with equity options)
  • Experienced physicians eligible within 3 months; Fellows within 1 year
