Gastroenterology Locum Bismarck (ND)
Seeking a Gastroenterology physician for hospital-based call coverage. General GI candidates will be considered, with ERCP experience highly preferred . ERCP-capable providers will receive priority review. Coverage Dates
* November (ending morning of November 30)
* December 23 January 3 (ending morning of January 4)
Schedule & Setting
* 24-hour call coverage
* In-house for approximately 8 hours daily for procedures and rounding (flexible based on census)
* Hospital and call coverage only No clinic
* Solo coverage (no additional GI on site)
* No supervision of other providers
Clinical Volume & Expectations
* 1 2 ERCPs per week (key volume consideration)
* 1 2 scopes per day on average
* 1 2 new consults per day
* 5 6 patients to round on daily
* Management of hospitalized GI patients
* Endoscopy support includes RNs and CRNAs
* No NP support
* EMR: Epic
