Job Description

Position Scope

To carry out gardens and estate maintenance duties, as directed, ensuring that the resort is at all times presented in the best possible condition. A six-monthly position assisting with all main duties during high season.

Essential Functions

  • To maintain the gardens and grounds, ensuring hotel, spa , lodges and clubhouse areas aremaintained to the desired standards on a daily basis. Shrub beds and borders to be maintainedas directed. 
  • General maintenance duties; grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting and weeding as directed. 
  • Maintain high standards of customer care at all times. 
  • Understand the Trump Turnberry policy on Health and Safety and to ensure that all dutiesperformed are carried out with full regard to the safety of customers, visitors, contractors andother employees; work within the Health & Safety, COSHH, Risk Assessment and HAVSassessment guidelines at all times.
