Care Home Gardener – Croft House, Great Dunmow

Location: Croft House, Care Home, Braintree Road, Great Dunmow, CM6 1HR. Salary: £12.75–£13.75 per hour. Contract: Permanent, 15 hours per week. Time Type: Part‑time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, flowerbeds, borders and hedges; weeding and pruning shrubs and small trees.
• Advise the Home Manager on potential gardening issues and help plan areas for improvement.
• Assist the Maintenance team with ad hoc duties within and around the home.

Qualifications

• Passion for gardening and pride in work.
• Experience/knowledge of garden upkeep and development.
