The Proposal Writer plays a key role in achieving GardaWorld’s sales objectives by developing competitive, strategic, and customized proposals in response to complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Working closely with sales, operations, finance, and other stakeholders, he or she contributes to defining the proposal strategy and highlights the organization’s integrated security solutions and operational expertise.

This position requires a strong understanding of B2B services, the ability to structure compelling proposal narratives, and excellent rigor in managing multiple submissions simultaneously.
