● 制定长期战略规划及路径，拆解可落地的预算、策略方案，达成增长目标

● 负责推动用户增长、司机增长和平台体验优化，结合日本市场特点，产出增长策略与产品解决方案

● 通过数据分析与用户研究，持续迭代有价值的策略方向并推动落地

● 支持新产品功能落地，并推动项目的平稳上线

● 与总部产品团队和日本业务团队紧密合作，推动团队间沟通协同

The position is based in DiDis Beijing office. We are looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to lead Japan mobility transformation. This role will be overseeing product categories' strategy and operations, and providing support in management decision-making.
