What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of in-house casino games from concept through to launch, optimisation, and ongoing performance.
• Define and drive the in-house game strategy aligned to broader casino content and business objectives.
• Lead and guide the studio management team to deliver on operational objectives and commitments.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of game concepts, ensuring a balanced and differentiated portfolio.
• Act as Product Owner, setting scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria for game development.
• Ensure games are delivered on time, to quality standards, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee product roadmaps and ensure delivery commitments are met across the studio.
• Identify opportunities to create unique, high-value content not available through external providers.
