Gallery Co‑ordinator

Location: South Auckland, NZ, 1010. Permanent 40‑hour full‑time position (Monday‑Friday, with occasional Saturdays for exhibition openings). Based at the Māngere Arts Centre – Ngā Tohu o Uenuku.

Closing date: Thursday 25 June 2026, 11:59 pm.

Salary: Starting at $60,216 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day operations of the art centre, focusing on public programming, exhibitions, and events.
• Collaborate with the public, community groups, schools, artists, and contractors to deliver exhibitions, events, and programmes.
• Provide front‑of‑house and administrative support.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Work occasional Saturdays for exhibition opening events.
