We require a Claims Advocate with a minimum of five years in the insurance or claims industry. You’ll have the opportunity to directly support clients through their claims processes, ensuring that they receive the necessary advocacy and assistance with professionalism and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and report new claims from clients efficiently
• Communicate with insureds and adjusters throughout the claim cycle
• Liaise between clients and insurance carriers effectively
• Advocate for clients durring negotiations and settlements
• Manage client documentation and data entry using EPIC
