As the face of the hotel, you will be responsible for guest service and all front desk operations.

+ チェックイン・チェックアウト業務
+ お客様からのお問い合わせ対応（対面・電話・メール）
+ 予約管理およびデータ入力
+ 客室のアサインおよびアップセルの提案
+ 会計業務および精算対応
+ 他部門（ハウスキーピング・レストラン等）との連携
+ ブランドスタンダードに基づいたサービス提供

+ Handle check-in and check-out procedures
+ Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
+ Manage reservations and perform data entry
+ Assign rooms and promote upselling opportunities
+ Handle billing, payments, and cashiering duties
+ Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Restaurants, etc.)
+ Deliver services in accordance with brand standards

+ コミュニケーション能力の高い方
