ホテルのエントランスおよびロビーにて、お客様のお出迎えからご滞在中のサポートまで幅広くご担当いただきます。

You will be responsible for welcoming guests at the hotel entrance and lobby, as well as providing a wide range of support throughout their stay.

+ お荷物の搬送および客室へのご案内
+ 客室や館内施設のご案内
+ タクシーや配送手配などのサポート業務
+ ロビー周辺の整備・管理
+ 他部門（フロント・コンシェルジュ等）との連携
+ ブランドスタンダードに基づいたサービス提供

+ Greet and escort guests upon arrival and departure
+ Assist with luggage handling and escort guests to their rooms
+ Provide information about guest rooms and hotel facilities
+ Assist with arranging taxis and delivery services
+ Maintain and manage the lobby area
+ Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Concierge, etc.)
+ Deliver services in accordance with brand standards
