  • Plan and complete documents, working process to support for general affairs tasks (document, tel, email, fax, seal..)
  • Conduct annual health check-up
  • Manage Targets control system & Short term performance appraisal system
  • Manage and control factory’s cleaning, gardening, security, canteen, fire prevention & fighting, uniform, rental car…
  • Be in charge of company activities such as: end year party, company trip…
  • Manage and arrange air tickets for expatriate team on vacation/business trips, foreigner’s visa, temporary residence card…
  • Manage and control office purchasing and liaising with suppliers (stationery, drinking water, office supplies....)
  • Dealing with local and relevant government authorities related to company’s legal affairs
  • Plan and arrange training courses, follow & update training result
