Role Overview An emerging digital assets platform is seeking an experienced FX & Liquidity Lead to build and scale its foreign exchange, liquidity management, and market structure capabilities within the digital assets ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in ensuring deep and resilient liquidity, competitive pricing, and robust risk management across spot, OTC, hedging, and fiat on/off-ramp products. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of traditional FX markets and digital assets, helping to establish institutional-grade liquidity frameworks while navigating evolving market structures, regulatory considerations, and 24/7 trading environments.
