Overview
A Furniture Staff member typically works in retail, showrooms, or warehouses, assisting with the sales, assembly, and maintenance of furniture.
Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Help customers with product selection, providing detailed information about furniture features, materials, and prices. Offer advice based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Sales Support: Assist in processing sales transactions, including invoicing, handling payments, and arranging for delivery or pick-up of purchased items.
- Product Display and Organization: Ensure that furniture is displayed attractively in the store, making sure items are organized, cleaned, and properly arranged to attract customers.
