Operate and monitor induction and vacuum furnaces for melting and heat treating Nitinol and other metal alloys

Load and unload materials into furnaces in accordance with established safety and process procedures

Set, monitor, and record furnace temperature cycles, vacuum levels, and timing parameters per work instructions and specifications

Perform in-process inspections and measurements to verify metallurgical and mechanical requirements are met

Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting on furnace equipment

Safely handle, transport, and store raw materials, crucibles, and finished metal products

Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve process issues ...
