Job Purpose

• Assume primary responsibility to support the system maintenance of the Fund Platform for CTBC Private Banking (“CTBC PB”).
• Be responsible for data processing and research work relating to funds and mandate business.
• Prepare and update marketing collaterals for discretionary portfolios and fund products.
• Manage related processes and process enhancement projects.
• Handle administrative tasks of the Funds & Mandate Team.

  • Support the information gathering and analysis in the funds research, due diligence, process and output that can be implemented and leveraged across the region.
  • Prepare internal and external client‑ready publications, updates and marketing materials.
  • Assist to manage relationships with major counterparties and key market players.
