Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Fundraising Manager with hands-on experience in raising Pre-Series A / Series A funding from Venture Capital (VC), Angel Networks, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors. The ideal candidate should have successfully led end-to-end fundraising cycles including financial storytelling, valuation modelling, investor outreach, due diligence, and deal closure.
Core Objective of the Role
To lead and execute capital raising initiatives for Pre-Series A / Series A funding (₹10 Cr – ₹100 Cr range) while building a strong financial foundation and investor confidence.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead complete lifecycle of Pre-Series A / Series A fundraising.
· Develop and execute funding strategy aligned with company growth roadmap.
