As Fund Operations and Reconciliation Lead at GXI, the primary responsibility will be having custody of the fund lifecycle in GCash for specific products and ensure the precision and reliability of financial transactions within our mobile wallet application. This position is vital in upholding trust with both users and partners by efficiently and effectively reconciling financial data. Coordination with multiple stakeholders on any issues or updates on the products assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile internal reports against merchants reports (e.g. BPI, Billspay, GSave, etc.)
• Ensure quality output through validation of reports
• Endorse valid adjustments to merchants/partners and/or internal team upon approval
• Handle customers/internal concerns through multiple channels within agreed SLA
