FUND ACCOUNTANT R 35k - R 30k pm - RONDEBOSCH, CAPE TOWN

Our market leading client is looking for a competent and skilled Fund Accountant to be part of the Post Investment Monitoring team who can ensure, on a regular basis that our fund liabilities are reconciled to our fund assets, track loan covenants and support the PIM team with loan administration, reconciliations and queries and assist with general company accounting.

Key Responsibilities Reconciliation of assets and liabilities Reconciliation of accounting and loan system to ensure assets and liabilities match, including capture of banking transactions in Xero Covenant tracking Design a system to track covenants on loans made, including identification of covenant requirements, requesting financial information from borrowers, interpreting the financial information and calculating ratios, and identification of breaches Monthly reporting on status of covenants Preparation of quarterly covenant repo...
