Total Training Provision is seeking a committed and learner-focused Functional Skills Coach to deliver high-quality Maths and English provision to learners aged 16+ across a range of contracts.

 

This role is central to ensuring learners make substantial and sustained progress from their individual starting points. The successful candidate will have strong experience supporting learners with additional learning needs and barriers, applying adaptive teaching strategies to ensure inclusive, ambitious, and impactful learning.

 

Delivery will take place both remotely and face-to-face, through a blend of group sessions and 1-2-1 support. The role includes managing a caseload of up to 50 learners, maintaining high expectations, and ensuring consistent progress in line with individual learning plans.
